SocaMotion is a series of fitness classes that uses the tempo and energy of soca music to motivate its members into action!
Socaerobics, or cardio exercise that features soca music, is the core of the movement but there is so much more. SocaMotion is a movement that will carry its participants forward throughout the year using the motivation of the many carnival festivals and the different types of movement used in Caribbean dance to keep our members moving throughout the year.
In addition to fitness classes, the movement will incorporate nutritional counseling and weight loss support for the members who select to participate in this additional program.
